General conditions of the rental with skipper
Booking:
This is effective only after the payment of a deposit of 50% accompanying your registration form. The balance is to be paid on the day of departure.
Cancellation:
If the renter cancels his reservation less than 40 days before boarding, the deposit will not be refunded.
If, as a result of damage, Salandeti Corse Yachting was obliged to cancel the cruise, the deposit would be refunded in full, without however giving rise to rights to compensation.
Disclaimer:
No-shows or abandonments during the cruise do not entitle you to any reimbursement or compensation.
Insurance :
The civil liability guarantee of the boat covers the liability of the tenant. This contract provides the following guarantees: bodily injury and immaterial damage; material and immaterial damage following an accident or fire; death ; disability; medical fees. On request, a photocopy of the contract can be sent to you. You can take out additional insurance.
Choice of course:
The skipper reserves the right to modify the course as well as the port of arrival depending on the weather conditions.
Meeting place and time:
The exact place of the meeting will be specified to you before departure, at the time provided for in the contract.
On simple request and reservation, the port of departure and arrival can be defined by mutual agreement between the tenants and Salandeti Corse Yachting
Cruise schedule:
The boat must be returned on arrival in the same state of cleanliness as on departure. It is forbidden to smoke inside the boat, only the deck is reserved for this use.
THEfuelis not included in the rental package. It must be done when the customer returns. We also offer a fuel service so you don't have to do this and enjoy your day until the last minute.
Health :
You have to be able to practice and swim. It is necessary to take measures concerning any pathology, allergy which can be aggravated at sea. It is imperative to bring your own medication for each treatment.
